How the Minimum Works
The total minimum spend includes both the room hire and anything you order — coffee, tea, wine, beer, cocktails, food or desserts. If your group spends the full minimum on food and drinks, the room hire is effectively free. If you spend less, the difference is charged as room hire. You can pre-order or order during your session.
