Refunds Policy

Events and Tickets
Tickets for events (including wine tastings and private bookings) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you can no longer attend an event, we are sorry but we cannot offer a refund. Under UK consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to bookings for events on a specific date.
Exception: If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price.


Food and Drink
Once food or drink has been served, we cannot offer refunds.
If there is a problem with your order, please speak to a member of staff immediately and we will do our best to resolve it.

Deposits
Deposits for private bookings or events are non-refundable.
