At Bartons, we offer a unique space for hire in our cosy basement library, which seats 16 to 20 people. Whether you're planning a business meeting, social gathering, or small event, our library provides a warm, intimate atmosphere — perfect for book clubs, wine tastings, workshops, card-playing groups or celebrations.
We offer full catering from our extensive menu of drinks and food, ensuring your event is well-fed and relaxed. The library reflects Bartons' quaint and comfortable charm, making it an ideal spot for hosting in an inviting, homely environment.

How the minimum spend works
The total minimum spend includes both the room hire and anything you order — coffee, tea, wine, beer, cocktails, food or desserts. If your group spends the full minimum on food and drinks, the room hire is effectively free. If you spend less, the difference is charged as room hire.
